October 27th 1976; After the closing show in Carbondale, Illinois Elvis went to his hotel room and ordered all his staff to leave him alone and was in severe depression which lasted several days. (1)
October 29-31 1976; Elvis recorded at Graceland his four last songs. His last single, "Way Down/Pledging my Love", It's easy for you" and "He'll have to go".
November 19th 1976; It was the evening of . George Klein called her sister Terry, the reigning Miss Tennessee, asking if she would like to meet Elvis. She told George yes, but felt awkward going alone. My sister Rosemary suggested that she and I accompany Terry saying they could always ask us to leave. We arrived at Graceland and were escorted upstairs and in to his daughter Lisa's bedroom. I know this sounds funny but when Elvis entered the room, I thought trumpets would sound. He looked so handsome. He quickly sat in a chair and started talking with each of us. It turned out to be a truly wonderful evening as he took us on a tour of Graceland. Later he sang for us and read aloud from some of his books about religion. (2)
November 24th 1976; Elvis started a new tour in Reno, NV.
November 28, 1976; Ginger arrives to the Hotel in San Francisco, but Elvis was not there. Elvis had a show at 8.30 p.m. that night.
November 29, 1976; Ginger was at the concert behind the soundman at the cow Palace in San Francisco.
November 30, 1976; Ginger was at the tour closing show in Anaheim, California.
